Hi Everyone, Amethyst asked me to post this for those that may be interested!
Breakdance/ Bellydance Fusion series on Saturday June 11th in Washington DC:
Following an "Intro to Popping" workshop by Phil Thorne, Kaeshi of Belly Queen will offer a "Breakdance for Belly Dancers" workshop!!
Both workshops will focus on two incredible dances of isolation: Bellydance and Breakdance, and how they compliment one another. Participants will learn new techniques for isolation and funky break/ belly combinations!!
Price: $40 for both workshops! (or $20 for Phil/ $22 in advance for Kaeshi)
Date: June 11th 3:30-6:30 pm
Proceeds from both will be donated to DCTribal and Sera and Pheonix's India Project!

I didn't get to go to that Breakdance/bellydance fusion series, and it made me sooo sad. Any chance anyone knows any info. about the teachers? Do they have a website(s) I can go to, to see if a schedule is posted for future events?
Any instructional videos out there, of breakdance/bellydance fusion??? -
